Delivery Policy

AYT Foods UK Wide Courier Delivery

– We proudly extend our delivery services to all UK Postcodes, including Northern Ireland.

– Orders placed before noon from Mondays to Thursdays* will be promptly dispatched on the same day.

– Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a delivery tracking notification and an Expected Time of Arrival from our Third-Party Delivery Partner.
– Typically, we deliver within 2 – 5 business days* from the time of order receipt, excluding weekends.

– Orders placed on Thursdays containing Fresh Items (Bread, Plantain, Onions, etc.) will be dispatched the following Monday.
– Ensure an adult over the age of 18 years is available to receive your order. If you won’t be home during the delivery window, our Delivery Partners may offer options like selecting a ‘Safe Place’ or diverting to a neighbour.
– Delivery costs start at £6.99*, with incremental charges based on your total basket weight.

– On Checkout, applicable delivery costs will be applied based on the weight of your basket and location. A Minimum Basket Value Surcharge may apply for orders below £15.
– Please note that Delivery Costs are subject to change as we align with prices offered by our Delivery Partners.

We are committed to delivering a seamless experience, but please be aware that situations beyond our control, such as National Postal Strike Actions or Adverse Weather Conditions, may impact delivery timescales. We will provide regular updates in such situations.

1. Standard Delivery – Starts from £6.99, incremental based on your location and basket’s weight. Delivery in 2 to 3 Working Days for orders received by noon, Monday to Thursdays.

Free Delivery- Only applicable to selected UK Mainland addresses for orders over £180 pounds*

2. AYT Foods Free In-Store Pick Up –   Available Monday to Friday, 11 am to 6.30 pm. Orders are usually ready for pick up within an hour to 2 business days after order placement. One of our team members will contact you to confirm once your order is ready.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is final. We have a short processing window to ensure timely delivery, so we are unable to accept cancellations.
