1. Damaged or Missing Items:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us immediately at refunds@aytfoods.com. We will take swift action to rectify the situation. Please be aware that we can only process refunds for items that are damaged or missing.
2. Refund and Returns for Non-Perishable Items:
Our commitment to your satisfaction drives our refund and returns policy for non-perishable items, allowing a grace period of 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have transpired since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot accommodate a full refund or exchange. Please note that this policy exclusively covers damaged items; any other circumstances may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Refund and Returns for Perishable Items:
For perishable items such as plantains, bread, etc., please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery of your order if there are any missing or damaged items. Regrettably, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange for perishable items if 24 hours have passed since the delivery.
4. Photographic Evidence:
In cases where the issue can be visually confirmed, we may request photographic evidence of the problem to expedite the resolution process.
5. Refund Process:
Upon verification of the issue, we will process a refund or provide an account credit for the affected part of the item(s).
6. Returns:
