- 1 cup of ground ogbono seeds
- Assorted meat (beef, goat meat)
- Stockfish and/or dry fish
- Palm oil
- Assorted vegetables (ugu leaves, spinach, or bitter leaves)
- Ground crayfish
- Pepper
- Seasoning cubes
- Salt
- Water
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Assorted Meat and Fish
- Wash the meat and fish thoroughly.
- If using stockfish, soak it in water overnight to soften.
- If using dry fish, soak it in warm water for 20-30 minutes to remove dirt and soften it.
2. Boil the Meat and Fish
- Add the washed meat and fish to a pot.
- Pour in water, seasoning cubes, and salt.
- Boil until the meat and fish are tender.
3. Prepare the Ogbono Mixture
- Heat palm oil in a pot.
