Ingredients
1 kg Fresh okro
1/4 kg Ugba
1/2 kg Beef
2 cooking spoon Palm oil
Salt
3 Knorr seasoning
6 Fresh red pepper
2 cooking spoon Crayfish
1 smoked titus fish
1 onion
1 medium sized Stock fish
Cooking Instructions
1. Grate the okra using the large side of a grater. Slice the fresh red pepper and onion.
2. Blend the crayfish.
3. Boil the stockfish and meat until they are soft. Add onion, salt, and Knorr seasoning while boiling.
4. Heat up palm oil and let it boil for 15 minutes until it’s well heated.
5. Add the blended crayfish and fresh red pepper to the boiling palm oil. Season with salt and Knorr seasoning. Boil for 12 minutes, stirring well.
6. Add the grated okra and ugba (if available) to the mixture. Stir well and cook for 1 minute until it’s ready.
