Ugba (African oil-bean seed)
Fresh pepper
Onions
Palm oil
Salt/seasoning
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice the pepper and onion together, also set aside the washed ugba slices
2. Put a pan on the fire and add some palm oil, add the onions and pepper and fry, add some salt/seasoning to taste
3. Add the ugba to it and stir together.
4. Stir until everything is combined
